

The event opens on 19 May 2026 with a site visit to local seaweed farms (sea grapes). Participants will gain first-hand insights into cultivation techniques, sustainability practices, and value-added applications through guided farm tours, hands-on harvesting, interactive workshops, and seaweed tasting sessions.

11:00 - 15:15: Program to visit Family Farm and Boonthida Farm
15:15: Departure back to Bangkok
