Dr Michael J. Phillips is a global leader in sustainable aquaculture and aquatic food systems, with over 30 years’ experience working across Asia, Africa and the Pacific. He is Co-Founder and Director of FutureFish and formerly Director of Aquaculture & Fisheries Science at WorldFish/CGIAR. Michael brings deep experience moderating high-level, multi-stakeholder dialogues, bridging science, industry, policy and investment to advance resilient and inclusive seaweed and aquaculture sectors.
