Fred Puckle Hobbs is Co-Founder of Tathva, where he works on capital strategy across aquaculture, rural and coastal economies and nature-linked food systems. His focus is on helping SMES become finance-ready, particularly in emerging markets where businesses are operating at scale but remain under-capitalised.

He is currently involved in developing a regional blended finance approach for aquaculture SMEs, alongside projects that link natural capital restoration with livelihood transition in Southeast Asia.

Fred also works as Operations Manager at the Blue Bond Accelerator, contributing to organisational development and the creation of tools that help align ocean-positive investments with capital markets.
